Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2C sales management, preferably in the wedding or services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 5-7 years of strong sales experience with team handling responsibilities.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends (1 weekday rotational off).


Required Experience: 5-7 years of B2C sales experience in large ticket size
