Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our wedding planning and execution services business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve the team's sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2C sales management, preferably in the wedding or services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 5-7 years of strong sales experience with team handling responsibilities.
- Must be willing to work on weekends (1 weekday rotational off).
Required Experience: 5-7 years of B2C sales experience in large ticket size
