Job Title: Facility Operations Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services, as well as continuously improving processes.Key responsibilities include prioritizing facility needs, working with facilities management teams, managing supplies and materials, mitigating risks, and participating in emergency procedures and business continuity plans. Responsibilities:Routine Site Rounds and Critical Area Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement.Ticket Management: Monitor and track tickets raised, ensuring timely closure within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Maintenance and Engineering Stock Record and Update: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and engineering stock levels, updating them as needed.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, overseeing their activities on-site and ensuring effective supply chain management.Coordination with LL Team: Collaborate with the Landlord's team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Coordination with Site FM Team: Work closely with the Facilities Management team at the site level to facilitate daily activities.Material BOQ Preparation and Management: Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for materials required for various projects.Manpower Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of manpower resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.Inventory Management/Store Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports Preparation: Compile reports on various aspects, including energy consumption and data management.FM and LL MOM Management: Manage Maintenance and Operation Manuals (MOMs) for both Facilities and Landlord teams.Admin Report Management: Maintain records of administrative reports, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.Incident Reporting and Tracker Management: Document and track incidents, ensuring timely resolution and record-keeping.Technical Equipment Data Sheets and 52-Week PPM Calendar Scheduling: Maintain technical equipment data sheets, adhering to the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) calendar schedule.M&E Team Briefings and Daily Observations: Provide regular briefings to the M&E team, conducting daily observations to ensure adherence to standards.Record Keeping and Updates: Maintain accurate records of Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Service reports, providing updates to the PPM planner as required.Work Permits Issuance and Records: Issue work permits, maintaining records of issued permits and related documentation.Gate Pass and Material Movements: Facilitate gate passes and material movements, ensuring seamless logistics management.Client Data and Report Provision: Provide necessary data and reports to clients, catering to their specific requirements.Logbook, Checklist, and Inventory Register Check-ups: Regularly check logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.M&E Team Training and Attendance Management: Organize training sessions for the M&E team, monitoring attendance and performance records.Shift Jobs and 6-Days Working Schedule: Manage shift jobs and implement a 6-days working schedule to optimize resource utilization. Skillset Required:Strong Property Operations Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in property operations, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and productivity.Occupational Safety and Client-Centric Operations Aptitude: Excellent understanding of occupational safety protocols and client-centric operations principles.Solid Background in Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation. Experience Required:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facility operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership and team management. Qualification:B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course or equivalent qualification.],
