**Key Responsibilities**:
**Destination Expertise**: Provide comprehensive support for travel arrangements to destinations worldwide, with a focus on luxury destinations and VIP clients.**Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients to understand their needs and travel preferences, and provide personalized travel experiences.**Itinerary Creation**: Develop and manage bespoke destination itineraries, including arrangements for air travel, hotels, sightseeing, and ground transportation.**Operational Efficiency**: Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle operational aspects of travel bookings.**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest travel products, destinations, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to clients.**System Proficiency**: Utilize travel booking systems such as Amadeus and Galileo for booking and managing travel arrangements.**Queue Management**: Oversee daily operations and handle any issues or queries that arise during the travel process.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in travel operations, with a focus on long-haul destinations.**Luxury and VIP Handling**: Proven experience in managing travel arrangements for luxury destinations and VIP clients.**System Proficiency**: Proficiency in using either Amadeus or Galileo reservation systems is essential.**Communication Skills**: Exceptional skills in communication and customer service in both French and English.**Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of global destinations, world geography, and travel booking procedures.**Operational Skills**: Ability to manage complex itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.**Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and travel arrangements effectively.
