We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented **fresh graduates** or early-career professionals to join our **travel operations team**. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations related to **air ticketing, hotel bookings, cab arrangements, and tour packages**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Air Ticketing Support**:

- Assist in booking domestic/international air tickets via GDS software and other travel portals (training provided).
- Help in resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and reissuance.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.

**Hotel Reservations**:

- Support hotel bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
- Maintain and update a database of preferred hotels.
- Assist in comparing rates and dealing with hotel partners.

**Operations & Coordination**:

- Help manage local cab and tour package arrangements.
- Work closely with vendors and clients for seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain records, update booking statuses, and assist in billing support.

**Training & Development**:

- Learn to use key travel software and systems.
- Receive hands-on training in corporate travel operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in travel operations or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and communication tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
