Strategy & ExecutionConvert long-term business goals into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.Lead organisation-wide execution across Product, Sales, Finance, HR, and Delivery.Build systems that make growth predictable, sustainable, and data-driven.2. Operational LeadershipOwn day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across all verticals.Standardise processes, improve delivery frameworks, and strengthen quality governance.Build operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting structures to track performance.3. Team & Culture LeadershipLead and scale high-performing teams with strong hiring, training, and development practices.Introduce clear KPIs, accountability systems, and performance management rhythms.Strengthen a culture of ownership, transparency, and collaboration across the organisation.4. Stakeholder & Client AlignmentPartner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.Support the CEO in investor updates, board communication, and strategic partnerships.Strengthen client satisfaction through consistent service quality and operational efficiency.Requirements12+ years of experience leading operations, strategy, or business teams.Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth or startup environment.Strong understanding of organisational design, process optimisation, and execution frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage complexity, drive alignment, and deliver results under pressure.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in tech-driven or services-led businesses.Background in building systems, automating workflows, and introducing operational discipline.Why This Role MattersThe COO will be the backbone of the organisation's next chapter - shaping how teams operate, how clients experience the brand, and how the business grows over the next few years.
