Procurement ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement efforts.Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors for printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering and field operations.Negotiate contracts, terms and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of IEC materials, training kits and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals, transport etc).Ensure transparent documentation—purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders and invoices.Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures ensuring they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines.Required SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training and printing preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
