We are looking for a skilled coordinator to manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset. As a project coordinator, you will be the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Information Gathering: Collect and organize all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, and tenant information.Utility Data Collection: Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, and building stakeholders.Client Communication: Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Research & Solution Development: Investigate new methods for obtaining utility data and propose scalable solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English.Benefits:Remote work arrangement.Flexible working hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time).Others:A proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.Able to adapt to new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
