Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:Advisor RecruitmentLead the recruitment of insurance advisors as per the annual goal sheetActively engage with prospects through natural market outreach and close leads provided via structured digital campaignsConduct Career Seminar of prospectsEnsure timely completion of onboarding milestones including IC-38 certification, URN generation, and first saleAdvisor DevelopmentDevelopment of advisor prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.Work with Advisor on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.Identify the training needs of the Advisor and work with Trainers to improve the sameAdvisor Activation & Meeting WFYP TargetsAchievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.Improve Advisor productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc.Coordinate with sales tele-callers to support lead conversion and sales closures.Enable hybrid sales journeys (online + offline) for first-time sales.Advisor EngagementConduct webinars, app-based training, and digital engagement activities.Promote advisor app usage and ensure training completion.Customer CentricityBe AMLI brand ambassador & a customer championFollow AMLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyaltyHold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & needEnsure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per AMLI standard.
