Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth in IT services, software solutions, and website development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels and AI tools.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations; negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in software and website development.Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, client interactions, and market analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.5-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in the IT sector.Strong understanding of software development, website design, and IT services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead tracking systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have strong personal network Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling international clients and offshore projects.Knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and cloud-based solutions.Familiarity with agile methodologies and IT project lifecycles.
