Job Summary:  We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our online MBA programs to prospective students. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the education industry, and a passion for helping others achieve their educational and career objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:  Identify and engage with potential students through various channels, including online inquiries, social media, and referral networks.
  • Sales Outreach:  Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication platforms to provide detailed information about our online MBA programs.
  • Consultative Selling:  Understand the needs, goals, and motivations of prospective students and provide tailored program recommendations that align with their career aspirations.
  • Relationship Building:  Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to application completion.
  • Sales Targets:  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by enrolling students into the MBA programs.
  • Market Research:  Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to effectively position our programs in the market.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process.
  • Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales manager.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:  2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or online learning sector.
  • Education:  A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. An understanding of MBA programs is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
