Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels, including online inquiries, social media, and referral networks.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication platforms to provide detailed information about our online MBA programs.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs, goals, and motivations of prospective students and provide tailored program recommendations that align with their career aspirations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to application completion.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by enrolling students into the MBA programs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to effectively position our programs in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless and efficient enrollment process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or online learning sector.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. An understanding of MBA programs is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
