Title: Travel Insurance Executive● Objective: Drive corporate travel insurance sales by generating qualified leads,educating stakeholders, preparing competitive quotations, and ensuringseamless policy issuance and service.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Business Development● Identify and research prospective corporate clients across relevant industries,travel-intensive functions, and geographies.● Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through cold outreach, emailcampaigns, LinkedIn/social selling, industry events, and referrals.● Qualify leads based on travel volume, geographies, risk profile, existingcoverage, and decision-making structure.● Maintain CRM discipline: log activities, update lead status, forecastopportunities, and track conversion metrics.● Conduct structured needs assessments for corporate travel programs(domestic/international, frequency, destinations, traveler demographics).Quotation and Proposal Management● Prepare customized quotations with multiple plan options● Present proposals to stakeholders (procurement, finance, HR, travel desk) andaddress technical queries.● Manage revisions, approvals, and validity timelines for quotations.Policy Booking and Issuance● Collect KYC/company documentation, traveler details, and declarations percompliance requirements.● Accurately complete proposal forms and obtain necessarysignatures/consents.● Process premium payments, reconcile amounts, and issue policy documents,endorsements, schedule of benefits, and certificates.Account Management and Client Servicing● Serve as primary point of contact for client travel desks, HR, and finance forpolicy servicing.● Support claims initiation by guiding on documentation, timelines, andemergency assistance procedures.● Coordinate with claims teams and assistance providers to expedite resolutionand communicate status.● Adhere to IRDAI/DoI or relevant regulatory guidelines, AML/KYC norms, dataprivacy, and audit requirements.● Maintain complete and accurate records: proposals, quotes, communications,policy schedules, and claim logs.● Ensure marketing and client communications are compliant with approvedproduct literature and disclosures.● Stay updated on sanctions lists, travel advisories, and high-risk regionprotocols.Reporting and Analytics● Track sales KPIs: leads, conversions, pipeline value, average deal size, cycletime, retention, and upsell.● Train client travel coordinators on policy usage, issuance workflows, andemergency protocols.● Keep current on competitor products, pricing, and emerging travel risks(pandemics, geopolitical, natural disasters).● Participate in product and compliance training; obtain/renew requiredlicenses or certifications.● Improve sales collateral, scripts, and FAQs to enhance client understandingand close rates.Customer Experience and Retention● Conduct onboarding sessions for new corporate clients and their travelers.● Implement SLA-driven response and turnaround times for quotes andservicing.● Drive renewals proactively with early reviews, competitive benchmarking, andprogram enhancements.● Seek feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and promote satisfaction andreferrals.Key Skills and Qualifications● Strong B2B sales and relationship management; ability to engage CXO, HR,Procurement, and Travel Desk stakeholders.● Solid understanding of travel insurance products, underwriting basics, andclaims processes.● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.● Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Suite, and reporting.● Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and problem-solving intime-sensitive scenarios.● Gross Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹23,000● Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday● Probation Period: 6 months● Company : BTW Financial Services & IMF Pvt Ltd● Interview & Job Location :BTW Visa Services India Pvt Ltd● Office No.B.14,Ground Floor, Civic Center,MMGS Marg, Dadar East, Dadar, Mumbai, 400014Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
