We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with strong communication skills to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Engagement :
Proactively identify and engage prospective clients in the audio-video, home automation, and BMS space.
Present and demonstrate product offerings, including AV equipment, smart home solutions, and building management systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Showroom Management :
Assist customers visiting the showroom, providing detailed product information and consultation.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, with products displayed effectively.
Technical Understanding :
Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the solutions offered, including features and integrations.
Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries and propose customized solutions.
Sales Operations :
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
Handle negotiations, close deals, and follow up on post-sales services.
Market Research and Lead Generation :
Research market trends and identify new opportunities to grow sales.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
Basic technical knowledge of audio-video systems, smart home devices, and BMS.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and products.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Any certification or training in sales or technical products is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Experience in selling AV systems, home automation, or related technologies is highly desirable.
