Position Opening: Program Manager/Assistant Program Manager


TiE Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage various programs and initiatives to promote entrepreneurship and foster innovation in the region. The Program Manager will play a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating programs, events, and initiatives to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hyderabad.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Program Management and Execution:

·      Conceptualize, plan, and execute programs and events in coordination with Program Chairs/Committees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

·      Identify suitable venues, coordinate logistics, and facilitate necessary arrangements for seamless program execution.

·      Lead and manage the program, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient and effective execution of responsibilities.


2) Strategy Development and Documentation:

·      Participate in strategy meetings to contribute insights and ideas for program development and enhancement.

·      Document strategies, action plans, and presentations as needed to communicate program concepts and objectives effectively.


3) Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Management:

·      Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including members, partners, and the broader ecosystem, to enhance collaboration and support for program initiatives.

·      Identify opportunities for partnership development and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximize program impact.


Requirements :

·      3 – 5 years of experience in program management

·      knowledge about event coordination & management will be an added advantage

·      Strong organizational and communication skills.

·      Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, data management and analysis.

·      Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

·      Familiarity with entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem is a plus.
