We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with strong communication skills to join our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients in the audio-video, home automation, and BMS space.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings, including AV equipment, smart home solutions, and building management systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

Showroom Management:

  • Assist customers visiting the showroom, providing detailed product information and consultation.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, with products displayed effectively.

Technical Understanding:

  • Develop a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the solutions offered, including features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries and propose customized solutions.

Sales Operations:

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
  • Handle negotiations, close deals, and follow up on post-sales services.

Market Research and Lead Generation:

  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities to grow sales.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
  • Basic technical knowledge of audio-video systems, smart home devices, and BMS.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and products.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Any certification or training in sales or technical products is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Experience in selling AV systems, home automation, or related technologies is highly desirable.
