Job SummaryThe Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's reception and guest service areas, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, high-quality guest experiences, and efficient coordination with other departments. Responsible for staff management, revenue generation through upselling, and maintaining service standards for a 50+ room property.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise front office staff (receptionists, bell desk, concierge, night auditors, etc.).Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.Maintain guest satisfaction by handling complaints promptly and professionally.Monitor room allocation, reservations, and occupancy levels in coordination with the Reservations team.Implement upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and promote hotel services.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office performance and revenue.Oversee cash handling, billing, and audit procedures.Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams for seamless guest service.Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high service standards.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.Maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient front desk environment.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.4–6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in hotel management software (Djubo, Ezee).Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage peak operational hours.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food providedLanguage:English (Preferred)Work Location: In person
