Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate is an MBA with an extensive network of corporate HR professionals in Delhi NCR and a proven track record of driving corporate sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs across Delhi NCR to generate group bookings and sales for Thrill Factory.
Redefine and promote leadership programs that encourage teams to push mental barriers through adventure activities.
Drive and manage corporate onboarding and induction programs with customized experiences at Thrill Factory.
Develop tailored proposals and packages to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and successfully close deals to exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of corporate programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a recognized institution.
7–8 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the adventure tourism, hospitality, or HR industries.
Extensive and active network of corporate HR professionals in Delhi NCR.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Creative thinking to design and pitch unique, impactful corporate experiences.
Passion for adventure and the ability to inspire others to embrace it.
