This role is for one of the Weekdays clients. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the Corporate Gifting division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Corporate Gifting vertical, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay competitive in the corporate gifting space.
After Sales Support:
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Business Development:
  • Contribute to the growth of the Corporate Gifting team by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the corporate gifting client portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with corporate clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the gifting or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and drive revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
