Senior Corporate Sales Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our client base for Weekday's Corporate Gifting division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Corporate Gifting vertical, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay competitive in the corporate gifting space.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- New Client Acquisition: Contribute to the growth of the Corporate Gifting team by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the corporate gifting client portfolio.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably in the gifting or related industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to work strategically and drive revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
