Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive paid ad strategies aligned with organizational objectivesIdentify target audiences and tailor campaigns to maximize reach and engagementCampaign Management:Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and othersConduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performanceBudget Management:Allocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROIMonitor daily spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving desired outcomesPerformance Analysis:Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion ratesUse tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to analyse data and inform decision-makingCreative Collaboration:Work closely with content creators, designers and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copyProvide guidance on visuals, messaging, and CTAs to enhance ad performanceKeyword and Audience Research:Conduct detailed keyword research for search campaigns and develop targeted audience segments for display and social campaignsStay updated on trends and audience behaviour to refine targeting strategiesTrend Monitoring and Innovation:Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns utilize the latest features and techniquesExperiment with new ad formats, channels and tools to explore growth opportunitiesLead Generation and Nurturing:Optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads for admissions and enrolmentCollaborate with the admissions team to align campaign efforts with lead conversion goalsCompetitor Analysis:Monitor competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and refine Inspira's ad strategiesCompliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and maintain high standards of qualityQualifications and Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Experience in the education sector or managing campaigns for academic institutions is a plus.Skills:Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Creative thinking to develop engaging ad creatives and strategies.Soft Skills:Strong project management and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Other Attributes:Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.Up-to-date knowledge of ad platform policies and trends.
