We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Brand & Communications) to lead the full spectrum of marketing activities for A1 BAZAAR — a fast-growing value apparel supermarket chain redefining fashion retail for the Indian family.

About the Role:

You will be the brand custodian — shaping how

customers experience A1 BAZAAR across our stores, campaigns, and communities.

From developing brand strategy and creatives to driving digital, local, and in-store activations — you'll own the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute 360° marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital & retail).

Lead brand positioning, visual identity, and communication tone across all platforms.

Drive launch campaigns, festival promotions, influencer & media partnerships.

Collaborate with buying, VM, and operations teams for impactful in-store experiences.

Build and lead a lean, creative marketing team.

Manage budgets, measure performance, and continuously optimize ROI.

Who We're Looking For:

6–10 years of experience in retail / fashion / lifestyle marketing.

Strong creative instincts with hands-on campaign execution experience.

Excellent understanding of Tier 2 & Tier 3 market behavior.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building new-age value retail brands.
