Job Summary
We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to be the strategic engine of our agency—overseeing end-to-end campaigns, driving client success, and leading a lean team of 4-6 specialists. In this pivotal role, you'll harness AI tools to deliver measurable results, from SEO optimizations to hyper-targeted social ads, while fostering innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to client niches (e.g., tourism SEO for Darjeeling promotions or AI-personalized email for tea brands), ensuring alignment with 2026 trends like voice search and zero-party data.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CLV) using tools like Google Analytics 4; conduct A/B testing and pivot campaigns in real-time for 20-30% uplift in engagement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor content creators, SEO analysts, and social specialists; delegate tasks via AI-orchestrated workflows (e.g., Zapier integrations) to boost team efficiency by 40%.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-10 retainer clients; deliver monthly ROI reports and upsell services like AI-driven predictive modeling.
- AI Integration: Champion tools like Grok 3 for trend forecasting and HubSpot AI for lead nurturing; experiment with emerging tech (e.g., generative AI for ad creatives) to maintain our edge over metro competitors.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local trends—analyze Siliguri's digital landscape via SEMrush and X insights; contribute to thought leadership through webinars on "AI Marketing for Northeast SMEs."
- Budget & Compliance: Manage ₹5-10 lakhs quarterly ad spends; ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and ethical AI use in all campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or digital certifications (Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a digital agency or in-house role, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email). Experience in Tier-2 markets like Siliguri or Northeast India is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, HubSpot/CRM tools, and AI platforms (e.g., Jasper for content, Grok for strategy ideation). Comfortable with data viz tools like Tableau.
