Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

RBA Realtors is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and results-driven, with a proven track record of enhancing brand presence, generating quality leads, and executing successful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and paid platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Create engaging content, including property videos and campaign visuals, to drive leads and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Enhance RBA Realtors' brand presence and online visibility

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and content creation
  • Proven track record of generating leads and improving online engagement
  • Creativity, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual, disciplined, and committed to office timings
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
