Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Siliguri / Bangalore / Remote

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will manage and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and build a strong online presence for TripFactory. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand visibility and ensuring our customers have a seamless online experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve organic rankings to drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and promote holiday packages.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborations: Work closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and campaigns tailored to the travel industry.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
