Technical Support Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system as first response.As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring tools, diagnosing and resolving incidents, requests, or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels following established escalation protocols.You will log all incidents, service requests, and actions in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, ensuring accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and known errors. Additionally, you will contribute to the knowledge base and standard operating procedures by identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive solutions.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical assistance to users via various communication channelsMonitoring tools and diagnosing and resolving incidents, requests, or inquiriesEscalating unresolved incidents to higher support levelsLogging all incidents, service requests, and actions in the ITSM systemContributing to the knowledge base and standard operating proceduresRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Teamwork and collaboration with other support levels are essential, as well as a high attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
