They should be proficient in authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Help Authoring Tools like RoboHelp, HelpSmith.A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and synchronization of documentation with sprint plans is also required. Experience with structured (DITA/XML) or topic-based authoring approaches is an asset.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, updating legacy documents, collaborating with developers and product managers, and managing documentation repositories via CMS, version control systems, and enforcing robust versioning standards.Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
