About the Role
Brick and Land Constructions is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations—providing administrative support, handling phone calls, maintaining internal communication, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Your clerical and organizational skills will help keep our fast-moving construction business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to management.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and schedules.
- Assist with clerical tasks, meeting coordination, and office administration.
- Prioritize and multitask to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistance.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Solid clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
