GR Tech is a leading software company that specializes in developing cutting-edge software solutions for the education industry. Our products are used by universities and colleges around the world to manage all various areas like operations, payments, and curriculum. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Fresher to join our team and contribute to our success.


Responsibilities:

  • Write email sequences to nurture leads, or book demos
  • Learn and understand the features and benefits of our software products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
  • Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/product team to qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales outcomes, this will include collaborating with marketing and product teams to create custom campaigns, or product demos.
  • Building a strong network of prospects on LinkedIn through our AI profiles Sarah Lee.
  • Managing and tracking follow ups for leads to move them closer to a sale.
  • Staying updated regarding competition in assigned markets/products.
  • Book demos with BANT-qualified prospects
  • Contribute to quarterly revenue generation 


We measure results in numbers:

- Warm leads created

- Demos booked in a month

- Deals or proposals in the pipeline

- Quarterly revenue generated


Requirements:

  • Strong interest in software sales and a desire to build a career in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of online sales processes and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Some experience in software sales will be advantageous
