Job Summary:The Sales Manager at SAAR Education (Lucknow) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base across Lucknow and Western Uttar Pradesh . This role involves developing localized sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of sales plans. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and excellent customer service in the region.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Lucknow and Western UP .
- Analyze market trends in the region to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team in Lucknow and across Western UP to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the region.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Set regional sales targets and monitor the team’s progress toward achieving them.
- Develop and execute action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including activity, progress, and forecasts specific to Lucknow and Western UP.
- Analyze regional sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in Western UP.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to share client feedback and suggestions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support to clients across the region before and after the sale.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement measures to improve them.
- Manage the regional sales budget for Lucknow and Western UP, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education or publishing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
