About the Role:
RIEC Overseas Ltd. is seeking 4 dynamic Business Development Manager to lead student recruitment efforts across key regions in Northern India (Targeted Locations: Punjab, Tricity (Chandigarh - Mohali - Panchkula), Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir). Join us in building partnerships and driving success in the Overseas Education Sector.

Responsibilities:
·       Develop and execute market strategies in your assigned region.
·       Lead sales initiatives and achieve student recruitment targets.
·       Build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
·       Drive regional growth by creating and nurturing direct recruitment channels.
·       Provide feedback to innovate and improve recruitment offerings.

Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
·       2-3 years of business development experience.
·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
·       Ability to work independently and travel within your targeted region.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office.
