Job Description As a Pre-Sales Professional at Onextel, with a strong background in CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and chatbot solutions. The role involves engaging with enterprise and government clients to understand their communication needs, design scalable omni-channel and chatbot solutions, and support the sales team throughout the presales lifecycle. This is an individual contributor role that requires deep solution understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both enterprise and government RFPs/RFIs. Key Responsibilities: 3-7 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, role, preferably in a CPaaS, Telecom, or SaaS environment. Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose tailored CPaaS and chatbot solutions Lead presales efforts for enterprise and government clients, including RFP/RFI responses Prepare solution documents, proposals, and technical presentations Coordinate with product and tech teams for solution feasibility and pricing alignment Translate client requirements into comprehensive solution designs" Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset to work across sales, product, and technical teams. Educational Background: B.Tech preferred; MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
