About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating verified leads for US-based D2C and enterprise brands.Precision Prospecting: Utilize industry-leading tools such as Apollo and Lusha to identify and generate high-quality leads.Video-First Outreach: Pitch potential clients via Zoom or Google Meet, showcasing your ability to articulate and present effectively to international stakeholders.Brand Deal Expertise: Structure and negotiate high-value partnerships between brands and creators, ensuring a deep understanding of CPMs, deliverables, and usage rights.Proactive Follow-Up: Maintain a tight follow-up cadence until a definitive decision is reached, minimizing lead abandonment.Pipeline Mastery: Drive deals efficiently from initial contact to contract signature, ensuring a constant flow of new business opportunities.Requirements:Tool Stack: Proficiency in Apollo.io and Lusha is required.Creator Economy Knowledge: Understand how brand deals work, know what brands look for when hiring influencers, and have the ability to sell that value.US Market Experience: Ability to communicate effectively with US clients, understanding cultural nuances, time zones, and communication styles.Communication Style: Excellent verbal English with a neutral or clear accent, persuasive, concise, and energetic.Self-Driven: A proactive approach to finding decision-makers and making connections.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform.Ongoing training and professional development.About Us:We are a leading provider of innovative solutions.
