Job Title: Strategic Partnerships SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Specialist. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing affiliate campaigns, particularly with coupon/cashback partners, and the ability to build and grow new partnerships that drive performance across channels.About the Role:Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and scale our existing partnerships.Manage and optimize performance with coupon, cashback, deal, and influencer partners to ensure maximum ROI and conversion rates.Identify and onboard new affiliate and strategic partners, leveraging strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, AOV, and conversion rate, and implement data-driven improvements to drive channel growth.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including growth, design, and tech, to ensure seamless campaign execution.Monitor fraud, enforce program policies, and maintain partner quality to protect our brand reputation.Run regular performance reports and suggest tactical improvements to optimize campaign performance.Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with attribution models and budgets.Requirements:1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a D2C/e-commerce setting.Prior experience managing coupon and cashback affiliates, such as GrabOn, CashKaro, or CouponDunia.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving outcomes and scaling channels.Solid understanding of tracking technologies, attribution logic, and affiliate platforms, such as Admitad, Impact, or Partnerize.Ability to work independently, drive outcomes, and scale the channel while maintaining high-quality partnerships.Interested candidates should submit their application and resume for review.
