Strategic Employer Partnerships ManagerWe are expanding our Careers Outcomes team and seeking a Strategic Employer Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships across the startup ecosystem.This role is at the intersection of talent, venture, and ecosystem building—where you'll work directly with founders, HR leaders, and talent acquisition heads to create hiring pathways for students.Your work will directly influence the quality and volume of roles that get posted on our student careers portal.This is not a recruitment role—it is a relationship-building and ecosystem-building role where you create long-term hiring channels.Key Responsibilities:Build and expand our network across HR, Talent Acquisition, and People leaders in startups & VC-backed companies.Create high-quality hiring pipelines through events, roundtables, and outreach.Act as the point of contact for partner organisations to understand talent needs and match them with our talent.Track hiring demand trends and bring insights back to program teams to shape curriculum & student development.Own a clear outcomes charter tied to student job opportunities and employer engagement.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive/Talent Search, HR consulting, or roles involving strategic stakeholder engagement.A strong network across startup HR / TA or People Leaders, or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.Excellent communication—written, spoken & presentation.High work ethic, ownership mindset, and ability to execute in fast-moving environments.Comfortable working cross-functionally across careers, program, and partnerships teams.What Makes This Role Unique:Work with high-quality founders, VCs, and startup leaders as primary stakeholders.Influence the career trajectories of top-tier young talent.Build a hiring ecosystem from the ground up—not just fill roles.Access to our network of investors, operators, and companies.This role is perfect for someone who loves relationship building, understands talent deeply, and wants a front-row seat in the startup ecosystem.
