Position Summary HR Shared Services group is a centralized hub of all operational and administrative processes characterized by employee self-service through defined hire to retire processes leveraging technology and multi-tiered levels of service and service responses. It enables the HR function to separate operational from the strategic facilitating each HR function to focus on their core competencies. The Executive, HR Shared Services will be responsible for handling employee life cycle processes (preboarding to offboarding), gathering and preparing cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, and dashboards, handling employee queries related to processes, policies and systems as well as collaborating with other HR functions on all employee related operations/ projects. The Executive will also be required to review and suggest process improvements, lead or drive initiatives in the realm of operational excellence through use of new age tools or available HR technology platforms. Job Responsibilities Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle. - Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures, practices and decisManage employee life cycle i.e. hire to retire processes primarily on SAP SuccessFactorsGather, update, maintain data and prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations, and analyses on key HR metrics using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or other data analytics/visualization tools.Handle employee queries and provide timely and satisfactory resolution.Partner with internal HR teams such as HR Business Partners, Recruitment, etc. on org level HR initiatives such as policy implementation.Proactively review current process and implement process improvements to enhance quality and employee experience.Adopt and leverage technology (available tools and products) to automate manual processes.Manage HR vendors wherever applicable. Education Bachelor Equivalent - Other Work ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in HR Shared Services/HR Operations or a similar field (customer facing)Understanding of HR processes/ policiesStrong verbal, written, and communication skillsAbility to communicate and build partnerships with all stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust have Skills: -Proficiency in MS Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPointBasic data management and reportingStrong verbal, written, and communication skillsAttention to detail Behavioural Competencies Customer focus Problem solving Learning on the fly Drive for result Technical Competencies Employee Engagement Exit Process RR Skills
