Position Summary
The Associate Executive, HR Shared Services will be responsible for handling employee life cycle processes (preboarding to offboarding), gathering and preparing cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, and dashboards, handling employee queries related to processes, policies and systems as well as collaborating with other HR functions on all employee related operations/ projects. The Executive will also be required to review and suggest process improvements, lead or drive initiatives in the realm of operational excellence through use of new age tools or available HR technology platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage employee life cycle i.e. hire to retire processes
- Gather, update, maintain data and prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports
- Handle employee queries and provide timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Partner with internal HR teams such as HR Business Partners, Recruitment, etc.
- Proactively review current process and implement process improvements to enhance quality and employee experience.
- Adopt and leverage technology (available tools and products) to automate manual processes.
Education
Bachelor of Arts in HR or Arts
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services/HR Operations or a similar field (customer facing)
- Understanding of HR processes/ policies
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
