Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.
- Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
- Coordinate confirmations, probation tracking, exits, and full & final settlements.
3. Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliances.
- Assist in maintaining records related to labor laws and audits.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and SOPs.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Assist in appraisal cycles and performance review coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, leave, and recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience handling core HR activities.
- Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
