Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee induction.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate confirmations, probation tracking, exits, and full & final settlements.

3. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary processes.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory compliances.
  • Assist in maintaining records related to labor laws and audits.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and SOPs.

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Assist in appraisal cycles and performance review coordination.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, leave, and recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience handling core HR activities.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
