Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers through Zendesk, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.Review technical documentation, such as engineering drawings and specifications, to process customer orders and submittals.Enter and maintain order details with high accuracy, utilizing your organizational skills.Prepare and share reports, documentation, and customer updates, leveraging your communication skills.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Retrieve technical information as needed to support customer requests, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities.Maintain multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing your workload effectively.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM platforms is essential.Able to read and understand technical documentation, including engineering drawings and blueprints.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, and Visio is required.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Benefits:This opportunity offers a great work-life balance, allowing for remote work arrangements.Preferred Background:Experience in manufacturing, engineering products, construction materials, hardware fittings, or industrial solutions is highly desirable.
