Effective communication skills are essential as you will serve as the main point of contact, managing correspondence and addressing inquiries.Administrative Support: Manage executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Excel & MIS Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.Business Operations: Drive business success by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals; coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks.Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.Research: Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of full-time corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's/ Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyA team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote settingLogistical Requirements:Quiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
