Executive Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the executive team’s calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, conferences, and travel.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for the executives, handling calls, emails, and
messages in a professional manner.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas,
presentations, and meeting minutes. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Travel Arrangements: Book and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries,
accommodations, and other related logistics.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested. Maintain records, files, and databases.
Project Support: Assist with special projects, initiatives, and research as directed by the executive
team.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Office Management Support: Assist in office operations tasks.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET:
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Experience managing travel arrangements and expense reports.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
