  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure all ServiceNow-related projects adhere to industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.
  • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance practice performance.
