Experience:

o10-15 years of experience handling Maintenance support of Application & ICT Infra and awareness of Cyber domain operations, in real time critical system operations.

Experience of working with public / private sector stakeholders, in managing technically critical system support in 24X7, 365 days environment.

Preferable

○CCNA Certified, Cloud Certification, Hands on experience in handling 24x7 ICT Infrastructure operations

Must have skills

○ Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

○Written and verbal fluency in Hindi and English languages.
