About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with our computer systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
