Help Desk Operations Specialist

As a Help Desk Executive at Quess Corp Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to workplace users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept incidents and requests from users through agreed modes of communication.
- Log incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk tool, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Assign incidents and requests to the appropriate technical resolver group, categorizing them according to severity and priority.
- Route incidents to vendors when necessary, and follow up on the status with Kyndryl or the Bank's technical team.
- Interface with stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, providing regular status updates to users.
Requirements:
- ITIL knowledge.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
