Job Description

As a Help Desk Executive at Quess Corp Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to workplace users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accept incidents and requests from users through agreed modes of communication.
  2. Log incidents and requests in the IT Service Desk tool, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  3. Assign incidents and requests to the appropriate technical resolver group, categorizing them according to severity and priority.
  4. Route incidents to vendors when necessary, and follow up on the status with Kyndryl or the Bank's technical team.
  5. Interface with stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, providing regular status updates to users.

Requirements:

  • ITIL knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
