Account Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to strengthen our client partnerships and delivery interface across regions. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership within advertising, creative production, or digital agencies. They should possess a deep understanding of creative workflows, marketing assets, and media formats, as well as strong organizational and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage client relationships, ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Requirements:8-14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership.Familiarity with production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Workfront, Jira).Proven ability to interface with global clients, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong working knowledge of creative production processes, asset management, and content adaptation workflows.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in global production environments or offshore creative hubs.Understanding of automation and AI tools in creative workflows.Exposure to campaign deployment, localization, or multi-market asset production.Hands-on familiarity with delivery tools and quality management systems.
