About the Role
At Paracosm Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., the Manager – Client Servicing plays a pivotal role in driving client relationships, leading teams, and ensuring the flawless execution of projects. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing high-value clients, leading campaigns, and delivering exceptional event and brand experiences.
As a Client Servicing Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of clients, guide internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Success in this role entails anticipating client needs, fostering strong partnerships, meeting defined targets, and contributing to the company's reputation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering strong and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and mentor client servicing executives, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Translate complex client briefs into strategic plans, actionable deliverables, and detailed timelines.
- Oversee project execution across design, production, and logistics while ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, budgets, presentations, reports, and post-event analysis.
- Support business growth through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent Paracosm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events with professionalism and confidence.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets through client conversions, upselling, and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
- 5–6 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or brand activations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in events, activations, or agency work is strongly preferred.
Working Hours & Location
- Full-time on-site role
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Lucknow
Compensation
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(depending on experience and skills) - Note: This is a target-based role, with performance incentives linked to client acquisition and project delivery.
