Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as Area Service Manager is based in Lucknow. The Area Service Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence, manage a team to deliver outstanding customer support, monitor the effectiveness of service delivery, and maintain relationships with clients to address their needs effectively. Coordination with cross-functional teams for implementation and problem-solving will also be part of the manager's responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise service teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities to maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency in coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Experience in service operations or a related field; familiarity with payment solution platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site and dedicate efforts to resolving real-time issues efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field; additional certifications in customer service or operations management would be advantageous.
