We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Retail Outlet - Spare Parts / After-Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Retail Area Manager - Operations and Sales HONDA (Spare Parts Outlets). The successful candidate will oversee retail sales operations, implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure optimal customer experiences across multiple spare parts outlets. They will lead and motivate teams, analyze performance metrics, develop actionable plans to meet sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operations within the retail network.

Job role and responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & Planning, Sales & Revenue Management, Inventory & Supply Chain Management.
  • Vendor & OEM Relations, Team Leadership & Development, Customer Service & Experience.
  • Financial Management & Controls, Reporting & Analytics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total retail parts sales & growth (OEM + Non-OEM).
  • Gross profit margin, Inventory turnover & stock accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction / NPS, Market share growth.
  • Cost efficiency and operational compliance.

Eligibility criteria to apply

Work Experience

  • Min 4-5 years of experience in retail outlets operations as well as sales management (more than 3 outlets) of two/four wheeler spare parts or Big Bazar, Family Bazar or other.
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet operations or dealership networks.
  • Exposure to ERP / DMS systems and retail automation tools.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Senior roles in two-wheeler OEM dealerships (Royal Enfeild, Honda, TVS,).
  • Experience in aftermarket / multi-brand retail chains (e.g., Motul, Castrol, Bosch, Ucal).
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C spare parts operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Proficiency in operations management and understanding of the spare parts sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
