Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Lucknow for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth. Regular tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, overseeing sales activities in the designated territory, and providing market insights to inform strategic decisions. The role also entails leading sales teams, setting and tracking performance goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, client acquisition, and business development
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for market trends and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with the wellness, healthcare, Ayurveda, or herbal product industries is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and market analytics
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area
- Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
