Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and resolve customer needs.
- Utilize your financial and business expertise to support sales revenue growth.
- Track and report progress toward company goals and performance metrics.
- Identify customer challenges and transform them into opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and support needs.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid role involving 50% travel and 50% remote work.
- Contribute to making our SaaS offering a preferred choice for users.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven record of driving sales growth.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
- Strong understanding of business development and sales growth strategies.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the company's growth potential.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 Years Experience managing sales or marketing teams.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
