Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and resolve customer needs.
  • Utilize your financial and business expertise to support sales revenue growth.
  • Track and report progress toward company goals and performance metrics.
  • Identify customer challenges and transform them into opportunities for product and process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and support needs.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid role involving 50% travel and 50% remote work.
  • Contribute to making our SaaS offering a preferred choice for users.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven record of driving sales growth.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field.
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales growth strategies.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the company's growth potential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years Experience managing sales or marketing teams.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
