Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lucknow, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Proficiency in evaluating industry trends, identifying target markets, and understanding customer needs.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-enablement tools.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences by understanding and addressing their business requirements.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous sales experience in the tech, SaaS, or digital product industries is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
